Tia Tardy and Logan Rogerson earn athlete of the week honors

Tia Tardy has done amazing things on the cross country courses so far this season. Tardy has set four course records in as many races. Tardy earned Roadrunner Taxi female athlete of the week for her effort. She is the 10th student/athlete from Orono high school to earn athlete of the week honors, she joins Christian Mowrer, Dominic Mowrer, Tyler Eddy, Andi Foster, Jillian Woodward, Diana Tyutyunnyk, Keenan Collett, Brinsley Chasse, and Jackson Coutts. Logan Rogerson threw for 173 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 114 yards and one touchdown in leading the Brewer Witches to a 34-27 win over Brunswick. That effort helped Rogerson earn Down East Limousine male athlete of the week. He joins Kyle Alexander and Matt Pushard as student/athletes from Brewer high school to be named athlete of the week.
